The Opportunity

Arrow at Winter Park is a new mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Winter Park, Colorado. From unique clothing boutiques and specialty sporting goods stores to casual coffee shops, bakeries, and fine dining restaurants, there is something for everyone. Arrow boasts its own ‘Lift’ bus stop, conveniently located near the community’s plaza & stage, and is just a stone’s throw away from Hideaway Park, the Winter Park Skatepark, the Rendezvous Events Center, and the Town’s amphitheater and sledding hill.

The last phase of Arrow will breathe new life into Winter Park’s downtown environment. Our grand 3-story mixed-use building will stretch more than 375 feet right along Main Street. Level 1 will introduce ground floor retail, restaurants, outdoor seating, pocket parks, and a lively urban realm that connects to the plaza scape.

Above, levels 2 & 3 will offer 20 exclusive, 2-story, penthouses for ownership. Each residence will feature 19-foot ceilings, a lofted bunk-bed mezzanine, a wet bar and private hot tub deck, and one reserved parking space. These 20 unique residences will be sure to compliment the perfect modern-mountain lifestyle!

The ‘Arrow’ monument sign, plaza scape, and stage will create a vibrant and active public space the community can enjoy throughout the year. Live music, small festivals, movie nights, and family-oriented activities will deliver a lively, socially interactive, community. The bus stop, with connectivity to Winter Park ski resort, base village, Grand Lake, and downtown amenities, makes it conveniently easy for visitors and residents to enjoy all that Winter Park and Grand County has to offer without the need of a vehicle and the worry about parking.

The MOUNTAIN

When sightseeing in Winter Park don’t miss these quintessential mountains nearby. Perhaps the most iconic mountain from downtown Winter Park or the Resort is the famous ‘bear claw’, more formally known as Parry Peak and James Peak hugging close. Parry Peak is just under 14,000 located in the James Peak Wilderness and can be reached by a trail crossing over Mt. Flora and Mt. Eva. This trail also connects to the Continental Divide Trail.

Also very well-known and nearby is Byers Peak, located outside of Fraser in the Byers Peak Wilderness. This 9 mile hike climbs to the top of Byers right around 12,804 feet. Be prepared for some class 2 rock scrambling to reach the top!
Arrow is located around 30 miles from the West entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park, where you can view elk bugle in the fall, or marmot scurry around the rocks of the high country. Here you will find 359 additional miles of trails, 150 high-alpine lakes, 60 different species of mammals and more than 750 camping spots.
